Development of Bio-Rad's PrimePCR assays and arrays for lncRNA expression analysis

Bio-Rad has expanded its PrimePCR portfolio of real-time PCR gene expression assays to include Biogazelle's assays and array plates for human long non-coding RNA. lncRNAs play important regulatory roles in both normal and disease biology, but they also present certain challenges for qPCR analysis. Here we discuss the methodology used for the design of PrimePCR Assays and Arrays.
